I’m Peter — I run Director School, which is basically what it sounds like. I work with directors and boards to help them get sharper at how they lead, make decisions, and avoid the mistakes that quietly sink businesses. I’ve spent over forty years building and advising across property, social enterprise, housing — you name it — and a lot of what I teach comes from what I’ve seen go wrong firsthand, not just what looks good in a textbook. I also chair Refugees Rock, which gets people seeking asylum into climbing centres to build community and stay well. So my world is a mix of boardroom strategy and making sure organisations actually serve people.
