What motivates you for joining this international project?

After having known the Erasmus Plus program in 2014, thanks to the annual ISCA conference in Rome, we discovered a lot of international possibilities and the presence of many organizations in Europe that work in the field of sport and training similar to us.

Having the chance to exchange knowledge and expertise even on an extra-European level is something extraordinary for us, it would be the achievement of a dream.

What do you bring to the project? (skills, good example…)

I can share :

– my entrepreneurial experience in L’ORMA, and to report the results that have allowed us in all these years to have a huge local impact on children, young people and families;

– the distinctive method of the Orma, based on non-formal education, innovative and engaging for children and adults;

– my experience in designing economically sustainable projects over time.

What are your expectations of MOVE Transfer Europe – China project? What would you like to learn?
