With a passion for the game of basketball, a love for sport and unwavering commitment and dedication to the development of the sport, I am determined to contribute to the promotion of grassroots basketball skills development on the African continent. My mission is to immerse myself with pride in serving African grassroot communities and seeing to it that the development and promotion of the game of basketball at grassroots level receives the deserved attention. I strongly and firmly believe that when dreams are aligned with hopes and beliefs; the vision come to fruition.

Hoop Dreams Africa is a culmination of many years of continued dreaming, believing and grinding towards the vision of building the next generation of African basketball stars straight from the grassroots. It is also an endorsement of untapped, ubudant and undeveloped basketball potential that exist on the continent of Africa and I hereby immerse myself to contribute to the growth and development of the basketball eco-system on the continent of Africa.

I am obsessed with how to grow the game on the African continent. I design, manage and implement strategies and programs aimed at promoting the game from the ground-up. I have over two decades of solid knowledge and experience working and helping African young athletes reach there full potential in sport. I am passionate about youth development through sports and have an enormous passion for educating, equipping and empowering young athletes through basketball skills development programs that enhance and promote positive healthy lifestyle.

I have great ability to explore organisational opportunities and individual advancement. And I am proud and pride myself in connecting ambitious, hard working and focused young athletes with coaches, mentors and trainers to realise there dreams and achieve there athletic endeavours.

I also pride myself in being creative and innovative, tackling challenges and building processes and systems from ground-up, providing a leadership that develops a shared vision and I have the determination to build a movement and that create and provide opportunities and possibilities for the ambitious and hard-working, talented and skilled African youth to dream, believe and achieve.
