So you’ve a framework and great plans, now  it’s time to really run the show. While the first two stages could be thought of as the infant phase of the initiative, and to keep on the human analogy, this would be the childhood phase.

When you truly kickstart the plans, it is important that you still take the time to listen and talk to many people who have an interest in or are involved in the project. You might find yourself talking to a lot of people, as many stakeholders (municipalities, regions, schools, companies etc.) usually are interested in esports – and some might even want to support you.

To be able to allocate tasks and responsibilities is crucial – and here, you will find yourself being a part of a real working group that depends on each other to reach the goals you’ve set together.

One good piece of advice is to start with easy tasks as it can give a feeling of progress. Do not be afraid to make mistakes but make sure you learn, adjust, and involve the right people to ensure you are on the right path.

Take actions

Launch your initiative based on your plan – keep your planned milestone in mind and of course keep the process flexible to rearrange the direction if it is necessary.
