Tom is a former Olympian (Atlanta 1996) and professional athlete (beach volleyball), and has developed programs for athlete and coach development in sports since 2010. He is trained by University in Birmingham as tutor for the Empowering coaching program and has since 2016 trained coaches in various sports to enhance their skills at create conditions where athletes develop intrinsic motivation to participate. Tom has also a background as senior consultant in the brand experience industry, winning the « Best sponsorship in Europe award » 2019 as one of the top achievements. Has been working in developing and implementing projects, programs, events and cross- sector collaborations for Change the game since the start 2014. Is a pioneer in Sweden in the area of creating and developing « physical literacy communities ».
