Office of the United Nations Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth announces “Summer of Solutions”
#CircularEconomy Challenge: present ideas for ICT tools and business process innovations that are related to the Circular Economy and can result in rapid and far-reaching improvements for society :a Circular Economy is an industrial system that is restorative or regenerative by intention and design. It replaces the end-of-life concept with restoration, shifts towards the use of renewable energy, eliminates the use of toxic chemicals, which impair reuse and return to the biosphere, and aims for the elimination of waste through the superior design of materials, products, systems and business models. In order to achieve the goals set out by the 2030 Agenda, a shift to a circular economy is of paramount importance.
